Absolutely outstanding hotel, staff are excellent and cannot do enough to assist and compliment your stay. Area around hotel is quiet and very scenic. Restaurants are second to none with gourmet class food. Okinawa is paradise on earth with plenty of worthwhile excursions in the local area.

I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice infinity pool qnd the room was excellent. Service from staff was also excellent. I found the beach was smaller than the photos had suggested and the hotel doesnt offer car rental - we had thought there was car rentals there only you need to be from Japan to rent those cars. I saw a little pile of dust/dirt behind the beds. The location is a bit remote, so you will need a car. Overall it was a good experience.

Amazing Hotel and Amazing Staff

The views are amazing, the staff were among the nicest people I have met at any hotel, every meal we had was great, and the hotel itself is beautifuly designed. Whether your are traveling alone, as a couple, or with kids, the hotel has something to offer for everyone. The pools and other amenities are great and everything is super clean.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff

This resort was GORGEOUS with spacious and modern rooms, and absolutely stunning views! The staff was so sweet and helpful (shout out to Micki Yoshida for being so lovely during out check in and out process). Be sure to sign up for the breakfast, it was great, and even labelled for allergies. The only downfall of this stay was how far out it was from Naha airport. The airport shuttle wasn't running, so it was very difficult to get to the property without a rental car. A number of the restaurants were closed during our stay as well as we went during the off season, but it was still a wonderful stay that I absolutely would recommend!

Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. Breakfast had a very good variety however the coffee very basic so I bought a coffee in the little outside the restaurant shop, it was a good cappuccino 😊 we did lunch of the menu which was excellent and the next day we did buffet lunch which was pretty good. I recommend this hotel for people who want to relax and maybe explore a little more this area. Check out the Kanoa store right outside of the hotel(north), my daughter and I really enjoyed this store😊
