Great little hotel!

Really great little hotel. Comfy bed, nice staff and a good breakfast too. Really happy with my stay, would definitely recommend.
Jenny, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice property with great staff on quiet street. Not much dining options nearby but close to bus stop. Lift is only operational for one out of the three days that we stayed.
Yu-ing, 2-night trip

Quiet & convenient

A very convenient hotel for Opera Holland Park. Amazingly quiet, even though we had a ground floor, front facing room. The room was very well appointed and had everything we needed
Roger M, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room looked very nice. However, it was very impractical. Way, way too small.
Robert, 2-night trip

2 nights

2 night stay in July. Great location, quiet road. Hotel was just as we expected (except room was tight). Nearest proper undergroun was Kensington High St. Olympia station was limited service
Tajinder, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely stay, convenient to get around London. Perfect for people visiting London and wanting somewhere safe, cleans and tucked out the way from the hustle and bustle. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Megan, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hospitality team was very kind and accommodating.
Racquel, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property was close to the train station. They included a delicious breakfast and it was clean.
Janet, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

The breakfast offerings were very weak, e.g. one cheese, one meat, one muffin (croissant), weak coffee.
William, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel, location is close to a bus stop and a nice walk around the area. It's a quiet street as well so you can really get some rest. The best part really was that the pillows were memory foam (I have very similar ones at home) so that was really a nice surprise for me. I specifically chose this hotel as it also had a bidet in the bathroom. Room's not the biggest, but I didn't stay much in my room other than to sleep so that's really a non-issue for me. Overall really nice stay.
Bettina, 3-night trip

Jon, 1-night trip

The breakfast was awful but the bedroom were lovely
Sarah, 2-night trip

No kings just queens

They advertise king sized beds but they are just queen sized. The hotel is on a nice quiet residential street

Condition of property was good but ever time someone opened a door, the door to my room banged against the frame waking me up multiple times. Despite mild weather outside it was also very hot so had to sleep with the air conditioning on.

Jordan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Incredible property for such reasonable rates. Modern, clean, quiet and well appointed rooms. Beautiful tree lined street. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely courtyard and breakfast room with large window view. Free breakfast with good selections. We were able to bike to Kensington palace and park. Bus routes at top of street. Only wish the Tube was closer. Couldn’t have been more happy we chose this place.
Leslie, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice little Hotel. The room was small, but sufficient for a city trip.
André, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location for access to central London, or travel to Wimbledon for tennis. Very friendly and accommodating staff (in the main). Room in basement did have windows, but was quite dark and overall maintenance could be improved. Bathroom very dull, as one of the spotlights and the over mirror lights were broken. Informed reception (don’t think this was news to them) and nil fixed whilst we were there. It was pretty quiet at night, which was great. Pillows included a memory foam option that was comfy, but unfortunately mattresses not great. Breakfast ok - pretty limited options (same every day) and hot food not very hot.
Victoria, 3-night trip

Great hotel. Very friendlly staff, nice hot breakfast and quaint decor. Good location, close to the Tube station.
Anne, 2-night trip

Helpful friendly staff. Lovely room with nice breakfast. Olympis station is 100 yards away.
Karl, 1-night trip

Staff was very nice, reception was clean. But in my room there was an unpleasant odor. Had to leave the window open during the day to air it out.
Anita, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good for a one night stay

Rooms were small but well furnished. Receptionist was very friendly (as were other staff), hotel was clean and tidy throughout. It's a small hotel, only around15 rooms. We were at the front and room was quiet, with only a small amount of traffic noise. Breakfast was a little disappointing as no bacon on the cooked option and the coffee machine was out of order (so only instant coffee available). Best bet for public transport is bus, with nearest stops a couple of minutes walk away - includes a route straight into central london (Aldwych). The nearby tube station is only open when there are major events on at Olympia
