My family and I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and there was an escort to our room which was helpful. The condition of the room itself could have been better - the bathroom walls had water stains, the showerhead had soap scum, and despite closing the balcony doors, there was little sound insulation so the noise from the street stole a good night's rest. The silver lining was that the view from the balcony was amazing, but I would not recommend this spot for a prolonged stay.

Excellent property for safety, security, cleanliness and location close to traditional central Acapulco. If you book because of kitchen in room, be aware there are no dishes, utensils or other kitchenware. We asked and received a few basics to make do. Other than that, we have only good to say about this hotel.

On the positive side this hotel has great views of the bay and is just across the street from the beach. However, the street is very busy and loud. The windows let all of the sound in. The pool looks nice but is small for adults. Better if traveling with little kids. The back part of the parking area is in an abandoned building and feels sketchy. The room itself was comfortable but could use a lot of maintenance (badly stained blinds, oddly placed outlets, old bathroom fixtures, etc.) Staff was friendly and restaurant was reasonable.
