お値段の割には普通でした。 お部屋は古さが隠しきれてない感じ。 ただ、枕がちょうど良く、大浴場で温まりぐっすり寝られました。 朝食も普通。。もう少し、手の込んだ沖縄らしいメニューがあるかなと思ったのですが、1万円以下のビジネスホテルでも食べられそうなものでした。 ライブキッチンがあったら差別化できたかもしれません。 チェックアウト後にプールが利用できること、ランドリーの充実、フサキビーチ送迎は良いと思いました。

마루바닥이 아닌 카페트라 눈에 띄지 않는 부분 청소가 미흡하고 너무 습해요. 에어컨을 세게 켜도 습도가 64프로에서 내려가질 않네요. 호텔 안에 버스정류장이 있고 수영장에도 슬라이드가 있어서 시설 자체는 잘 이용했습니다.호텔내 투어서비스도 괜찮았지만 재방문 예정은 없습니다.

좋은 편의 숙소. 항구와 가까워서 다른 섬으로 자유여행 떠나기 편해요. 친환경 정책도 마음에 들어요. 해양 액티비티도 잘 연결해 줘서 좋습니다. 다만, 투어 예약소 직원분께 다음 날 예약한 건이 취소가 가능한지 문의했을 깨 급 불친절해져서 분편햤습니다. 취소해 달라도 아니고 투어 확약이 안된 상태라 취소가 가능한지 물어만 봤을 뿐인데... 이건 진짜 불편한 경험 이었습니다. 수영장은 사진 만큼은 안 넓으니 참고하시면 좋을거 같아요. 바다 경관을 즐기려면 좀 더 바다와 가까운 곳을 가시면 좋을거 같고 근처 섬으로 연결이나 쇼핑, 식사를 원한다면 이 곳이 더 좋을 듯 합니다.

大浴場もあってここに決めた理由の1つ。７３０交差点、離島ターミナル、三崎町という石垣島の銀座迄もタクシーで６００円〜７００円で行けて大変便利でした。ただファミリーも多く、日本人はマナーがあるからいいのですが、◯国人のマナーの悪さが、ブールや、大浴場で気になったぐらいと、連泊だったので清掃やシーツ交換はしなくていいですよ‥みたいな札をドアに掛けとくのですが、ゴミを部屋の前に出しておいたら朝、持って行ってくれずまた、そのゴミを部屋の中に戻さなくてはいけなかったのでそこだけがマイナスでした。平均的には良かったです。

スタッフも大風呂も とても良いのですが 一階の焼肉屋の匂いと煙が ホテル全部に 漂っていて 焼肉屋臭いのが イヤでした。 残念です。 なぜに焼肉屋の扉を 締めないのか？ 美味しいコーヒーのカフェにまで 臭って 息苦しい。 飲食店やってますが 吸い込みが悪い、換気扇を 使っているか 換気扇の掃除ができて いないか、 換気扇が古くて機能して いないか。 そこ、一点がものすごく 残念でした。 ２階まで 臭くて。 どうか あの焼肉屋さんを どうにか して！あとは マッサージも上手いし お風呂も最高！ 感じも良いし、 素敵なホテルです。 残念！！ また、泊まりたいです。

素晴らしい滞在でした！ アートホテルに宿泊しましたが、値段が手頃なのに、サービスの質が必要十分で本当に素晴らしいと感じました。豪華絢爛な「極上体験」をホテルに求めるわけではありませんが、費用を抑えつつ、サービスの質、清潔さ、快適さを重視する方には最高のホテルだと思います。 特に印象的だったのは、スタッフの皆さんが常に素敵な笑顔で対応してくださったことです。そのおかげで、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

受付の方の対応が素晴らしく、最近はずっと海外に行っていたので日本は素晴らしいなと実感しました。 お部屋も綺麗でしたが、お風呂がすぐ詰まって流れなかったのだけが残念でした。 ただ朝食も素晴らしかったです。種類は豊富ですしスパークリングワインの提供があるブッフェは初めて見ました！朝から優雅なモーニングをすることができました。値段も安かったですし立地もよかったです！ ありがとうございました！

清潔で、価格も手ごろで快適に過ごせました。 石垣港から少し離れていて、逆に落ち着いて過ごせました。 スタッフの方も親切です。 ホテル周辺の飲食店は、インバウンドを意識してか、外国人向けのメニューが多かったです。 ゆいいつ、ホテル前の駐車場が夕方になるといっぱいなり、 第2駐車場が少し離れているので、★一つマイナスです。
