I stayed there for two nights and couldn’t sleep even for a night. The bar downstairs had loud music on till 2am and they wouldn’t turn it off while my room was shaking. After 2am there was always a bunch of lunatics by the pool screaming out loud and the hotel wouldn’t do anything.

Terrible place to sleep and stay.

The hotel is located in a good place to eat and drink however, it is not good to sleep as the music is very loud around the building and they only turns it off after 2am. The bed was under the window and I could sleep till 6am and the sunrises. So, I could sleep only 4 hours. The shower does not work well in my room. And there were not WIFI available in my room as well.When I arrived they were not locating my booking. I do jot recommend this place. Only if you do not care about the topics above.

Elektrik Kesintileri Can Sıkıcı

Geçen yıl Street61 Otel'de kalmıştık, bu yıl da orası için rezervasyon yaptık. Geldiğimizde odaların dolu olduğunu söylediler. Sarıgerme Inn Otel'in daha lüks olduğunu, burada kalmamızı söylediler. Kabul ettik, diğer otele göre daha sakin olmasını sevdik. Geceleri bangır bangır müzik sesi yok. Havuzu güzel, genel olarak her şey güzeldi. Tek kötü yanı akşamları sürekli elektrikler kesiliyor, duşa sıcak su gelmiyor.

Hayatımda yaşadığım en berbat gecelerden biriydi . Otele ilk girdiğimizde ay ne güzel temiz yatak çok rahat herşey hijyenik desemde gece ye doğru başlayan ve 2 ye kadar susmayan o müzik sesleri bizi perişan etti ne dinlenebildik ne uykumuzu alabildik . Defalarca resepsiyonu aramak zorunda kaldık ama malesef o ses kesilmedi .otelin altında mekanlar var eğer kafayı bulup odaya çıkmak istiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz elbette ama aile olarak hele de benim gibi 2 yaşında bebeğiniz varsa kaçarak uzaklaşın .

Otel gürültünün ortasında, karaoke barlarda gece eğlence artık 2 - 3 kaçta biterse o saate kadar uyumanız zor. Sabah da güneş alıyor. Odada şarj aletimi unuttum ve resepsiyonu arayıp kargoya vermelerini rica ettim. İlgilenebilecek kimse yok halletmeye çalışalım dediler fakat 2 ay oldu şarj aleti gelmedi. Bölge olarak da pek tatil yapılası bir yer değil, çok küçük yapay oluşturulmuş bir kasaba gibi ve denizi kötü ayrıca plaj paralı. Tatile gelenler hep yabancı ve eğlence anlayışı mekanlar da ona göre. Tavsiye etmiyorum!

İlk gittiğinizde resepsiyonu bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Otelin denize yakın olması güzeldi. Denize 5 dk mesafe de, otele ait beach vardı sezlong ve şemsiyeleri ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Denize gitmek için ücretsiz servisi var. Servisi kullanan abi ve servisten indiğinizde sizi karşılayan arkadaş çok ilgiliydi. Odalar temizdi. Odalarda mutfak olması bizim için iyiydi. Otelde havuz da var. Market ve yeme içme yerleri hemen yanında. Gece fazla müzik sesinden rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Odada Kettle bozuktu değişim istedik herhangi birisi ilgilenmedi. Fiyat performans olarak tercih edilebilecek güzel bir işletme.

Odamız cafe&bar üstündeydi gece 21.00 dan 02.00 a kadar ses oluyor çocuklu aileler için Sorun olabilir. Temizliğe gelince biraz daha dikkat edilmeli. Genel olarak temizdi havlular temizdi ama çarşaflarda lekeler vardı bu rahatsız etti beni ben kendi çarşaflarımı ve yastığımı götürmüştüm. Buzdolabı kesinlikle beni rahatsız etti kirliydi. Su koyduk sadece yiyecek koymak istemedik. Onun dışında sorun yaşamadık. Çalışan arkadaşlar da herhangi bir sorunda ya da odamızla ilgili durumda ilgilendiler. Teşekkür ediyorum. Dediğim gibi biraz daha Temizliğe özen gösterilmeli ☺️

Odaya girdiğimizde yerde çöp vardı. Banyoda ayna yoktu ve makyaj masasının lambaları çalışmıyordu. Oda çok ışık almadığı için karanlıkta makyaj yapmak zorunda kaldım. Tv çalışmıyordu tek gece kalacağımız için önemsemedik. Temizlik de konfor da vasattı uzun süreli konaklamak için tercih etmem. Resepsiyonda tek kişi çalışıyor hem telefonlara bakıp hem de gelen konuklarla ilgilenmeye çalışıyor klimasız ve havasız bir ortamda) inanılır gibi değil!!!

Vasat ve yorucu

Sarıgerme içindeki bir kaç otelden biri. Karşılamada temmuz yoğunluğu vardı genç kızımız fazla vakit ayıramadı bize oteldeki hizmetler ile ilgili ne dedi 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen anlamadık. Oda güzel ve temiz idi ancak havlu ve yastık kılıflarında çarşaflarda kırmızı ve kahverengi lekeler vardı. Değiştirilmesini istedik tamam dendi ama yine benzer lekeli havlu ve çarşaflar geldi. Migros yakındı havlu peçete aldık onu kullandık. Gece saat 3 e 4 e kadar devam eden ve sabah 8 de 9 da da başlayan karşımızda ve altımızdaki bar restaurantlar tüm uyku düzenimizi bozdu havuz neredeydi kullanabilirmiydik ulaşım minibüs vs neredeydi bilmiyoruz. Kendi arabamız ile Sarçed plajına gittik eğlenmeye çalıştık.3 günün sonunda sabah 8 de ayrıldık belki daha az yoğunluğun olduğu bir zamanda gelsek daha iyi bir deneyim olabilirdi. Ancak vasat ve yorucuydu

The taxi driver could not find the hotel. It goes under the name of “Street61”, but the reception is in Dolphin’s hotel. In my building Karaoke until 01:00am. The ceiling was 1.60 meters at most places inside the studio. No table in the room which was crammed with a single and double bed. They asked £35 for one week use of safe box in the room. The allocated beach area to Street61 and Dolphin group of hotels had none stop Muzak piped in from early morning. In the afternoon it was even loader level. The list is long. Worst place that I have ever stayed in.

Pésima atención al cliente, no cumplen con lo que indica el wifi no llega a los cuartos, y dicen que no pueden hacer nada mi familia y yo estábamos de vacaciones pero necesitábamos trabajar en las noches y no teníamos o tener tuvimos que pagar gigas extras de un plan Para poder conectarnos Pésimo modo de la persona que atiende no nos nosotros las instalaciones solo nos daba las llaves para ir a buscar nosotros el lugar nos nos indicó donde quedaban las cosas como la piscina etc cada que le preguntábamos se mostraba molesto en contestar mi mamá tiene problemas de columna tiene 71 años y no puede subir gradas y el asesor no funcionaba y la respuesta era no puedo hacer nada si no funciona Pésimo es poco para referirnos a la atención al cliente que tienen en ese lugar

Hem temizlik, hem odanın düzeni ve büyüklüğü gayet iyiydi. Aynı grubun Sarıgerme'deki 5 otelinden birisiymiş burası, daha önce de 2 gece gene aynı gruba ait Dolphin Apart'ta kalmıştık, o da gayet başaraılıydı. Sahile yanılmıyorsam yarım saatte bir servisleri var. Sahilde harika tasarlanmış Fam Beach (umarım yanlış hatırlamıyorumdur) adında bir yerleri var. Hem mutfağı iyi, hem fiyatları makul, hem de hizmet gayet iyi. Genel olarak işletme mantaliteleri gayet iyi. Biz 1-2 günlük konaklamalar yaptık ama bütçe dostu uzun süreli konaklamalar için de rahatlıkla düşünülebilir. Street 61'in bir dezavantajı var o da barın hemen üstünde olması. Uyurken sessizlik arıyorsanız ve erken yatmak isterseniz Street 61 size göre değil. Bu durumda Dolphin Apart'ı tercih etmenizi öneririm.
