Staff was super helpful, they picked us up from the airport, taxi was only 3 dollars to downtown,, they scheduled oir taxis for our tours, and had the taxis wait for until we were finished. The massages were amazing, food was great, we wish we can give 10 star's.

From the staff to the owner, to the drivers, everyone at Shintana Saya Residence was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me and my husband the best welcome and kept the same high level of attention through the end of our stay. The place is really clean, quiet, and close to the temples. We totally recommend this place and we look forward to staying at Shintana Saya Residence again.

Definitely a boutique hotel with amazing staff. there are only nine rooms With 18 staff the rooms are enormous. The bathrooms are enormous and every whim was catered for with a smile They had a great Pool alongside an outdoor restaurant serving Vietnamese and western food after a very relaxing stay on exiting the Hotel. All the staff lined up to wave goodbye a wonderful end to a great experience Thank you

This place is incredible. The staff here are the most welcoming, caring and friendly people I've ever come across. The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are huge! We were greeted at the airport with a free pick up, met at the entrance to the hotel every time we came back from being out for the day. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Siem Reap. Thank you for making our stay not only comfortable but also memorable.

Absolutely amazing

Without a doubt the most amazing stay ever. Mr Sy and his team went above and beyond in every way possible, from collecting us, organising dinner and arranging other comforts we required. We also had a massage in the room which was fantastic. The room was huge and really clean and made for a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The best staff that I have ever encountered. They surprised my mother-in-law with a cake for her birthday and the entire staff sang, which had her in tears. Our room included a massage, which was amazing. Only wish they had a gym! Thank you David and team :)

Incredible.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. We had an incredible four night stay here with my family. The staff went out of their way to help us have the most enjoyable time, including airport transfer, snacks, housekeeping, taking us for a tuk tuk at sunrise when we insisted we try even when they knew it was too cloudy(!)! and looking after our two young daughters when they were all templed out! Stay here whenever in Siem Reap, for an incredible stay.
