Very useful location as I was on business in the suburbs but also wanted to visit the city. Very convenient next to the airport link train and one of the MRT lines. Good enough for the price. Lovely staff and a few good places to eat nearby. I will likely stay again when I visit the same customer. Very convenient for the airport without being right there.

Poor sound insulation. Alarms in the next room ringing for more than 30 minutes at 4 am. Called to front desk several times but no actions was taken. Disappointed on how they assist on this. Disturbing my rest. It occurs for 2 consecutive night. The shower hot water is inconsistent. Hot water seems insufficient and switching between hot and cold water in about every 30 second. Very annoying during shower. Need to constantly adjusting the water to avoid from getting burnt or too cold water.

Staff are very helpful and hospitable, however the hotel has limited facilities. Our room on the 8th floor had a separate bedroom was OK, but stuffy as there are no balconies in the hotel and no fresh air circulating from outside. The air-conditioning in both the lounge area and the bedroom were blowing air at high volume, even when you use the lowest setting, and is directed directly above your head on the bed and sofa in the lounge, so you are feeling cold air on your face all night, which forced us to cover our heads or turn off the air con every few hours, basically not comfortable nights.

Close to airport link Hua mak station so good connection to airport. Room was OK. There were many tourist group from different countries. Breakfast is simple and tastes were similar each other. Simple swimming pool & gym (dumbbell & 2 treadmill) on the top of hotel. Supermarket is in walking distance where you can eat and shop.

Great hotel. Great staff. Perfectly situated near BKK. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but very close to the airport transit link and a BTS line which makes it very easy to get around town. The restaurant is was great and make sure you try the hot Thai Milk Tea at the lobby cafe!
