Pros; -exceptional view -clean -spacious -nice staff -complimentary toiletries in bathroom was nice Cons: -far away from town (10minutes away) -missing kitchen utensils (dishes, bowls, cups, pots, eating utensils etc to use with full kitchen) -all in one washer and dryer- washes great but does not dry clothing (took 2 hours for just 4 piece of underwear)

We really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Golden Bay. The staff was very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. This would more than make up for some of the things that could be considered as shortcomings in the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet both in the Premium Lounge and 3rd floor restaurant were excellent. The pool was too crowded at the time we went up but picking the right time could be nice. They offer free beach shuttle but need to make reservation 24hr before but they were nice enough to accommodate us at the last minute.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views. I want to especially commend a few staff members for their exceptional efforts: * Ms. Becky (Concierge): Ms. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth. She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card, setting up the Grab app, and recommending various local attractions. * Ms. Emma: Her translation assistance was invaluable for our travel needs, making our journey much easier. * Ms. Tee: Her thoughtful and attentive service at the reception and during our meals was a true highlight of our stay. This was a truly wonderful vacation, and the staff's dedication is why I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.
