Great Value in a Beautiful, Convenient Location

Great service at bargain price. Comfortable room in a beautiful space at a convenient and secure location with personalized service. The hotel is under new management, and it's better than before. The new owner, Tom, is a hands-on manager who is remaking and remodeling the place to modernize it and create a comfortable environment. The rooms and beddings are clean and comfortable, though a vacuum would be useful to remove remaining hair strands sometimes found on the floor. There is bar and restaurant where food is served, but since French Toast and roast chicken are not on the menu, I have not yet eaten there. The location is convenient, the view is beautiful, and the price is right.

Good Experience at the Seabreeze hotel

Staff from morning to night was very friendly and helpful. They create a good relation with the guest who get to enjoy themselves safely. Very good breakfast including some of the best coffee I ever tasted. Location is great between a beautiful beach and the strip. Directly across the street there is a good place to get tours to see some of the Dominican Republic that may be difficult for a novice to find on their own from the mountains to islands.

Terrible hotel and location but the staff were responsive to my complaints and did their best to accommodate me. I noticed ants in my room the moment i walked in ! ANTS ! fellas, stay away, this place is cheap for a reason. Never felt safe , very loud and noisy area of town. Don't buy the " it's close to all the nice areas of town" , sosua downtown is tiny. Everything is close to everything. I'll end by shouting out Tom the dude at the reception , he is american and being able to communicate in english really helped.

A nice surprise hotel in sosua

The hotel complex very clean and location points the pool area is all the way in tge back, no body to disturb ones' peace. The restaurant Block next to the room complex, and the bar by the exit/entrance, very well layered out. The room has a small safe and a small balcony if you want to smoke. The security personnel commands authority around the late night (10pm and up) with passage of people.

This was my 1st time staying here. I was referred by the manager of another hotel that I normally stay at after they were completely booked.The propety was clean, well maintained, friendly staff, within walking distance to the strip and guest friendly and I will stay here again. Gustavo

When I arrived, the office was closed early. There was an employer standing by a close bar. When I went up to him and told him I had a room he said no I’d have to repurchase through him. He said my online booking was null and void but wouldn’t tell me why. He then mentioned that I could not get my room and wanted me to pay twice with him so that he can get a commission on it. I thought it was very unprofessional. The hotel itself was very uncomfortable due to the rain but I can’t complain too much about that. I wouldn’t rebook here or recommend to anyone even for the price.

The hotel is very well located with everything at a walking distance. The staff is not very welcoming even though they try to be professional. I was told at check-in that my room was the best in the hotel. However I was shocked to see how basic it was. The bathroom has old, not so clean and defective shower fixtures, this needs to be taken care of urgently. The room has a desk but no chair, the room has no iron or ironing board. In summary, i would say: 1) Desk with no table 2) No ironing board or iron 3 Refrigerator too small difficult to control the temerature 3) Could have next to it a counter with microwave 5) Bathroom fixture old from another age and malfunctioning. In conclusion, the place failed my standards but i think the owner should take care of these issues. I will not share photos of the rooms because i am convinced that the CiOVID pandemic has taken its toll on the Tourist economy.
