This is an odd review which will become apparent. Firstly I cannot speak highly enough of the support that I received from hotels.com to my predicament.
Booked the property a number of months ago, knew it was near the Xmas markets and had stayed there before. Part of the check in process is that you receive how to access the building prior to arriving. However I did not receive any details, sent a message to the provider, no reply, tried the number, number constantly busy. At this point I contacted hotels.com directly as I had concerns about my booking. They tried contacting the provider but to no avail - a number of different options were suggested but also to arrive at the accomodation which I decided to do as I thought that I would be able to access the property.
However when I got to the property, there was no one there so I had to source alternative accomodation. Again I can't state how good the support I received from hotels.com but I cannot stress how "lucky" I was that I was pro-active in trying to sort something out rather than arriving at the property. I would never book this property again and would really advise against booking this property.
