O Hotel é bem agradavel, atendimento super carismatico, desde a recepçao ate no café da manha> Café bem farto, preparam na hora omeletes, tapioca. A única coisa que deixou a desejar é não ter uma TV SMart no quarto, principalmente porque pegamos dia de chuva e só tinha aqueles canais bem ruins, e o restaurante do hotel fora o horario do café, não estava funcionando, Mas me hospedaria novamente

A estadia foi excelente, o hotel surpreendeu em todos os aspectos, estrutura limpa, organizada e muito funcionol. A equipe de trabalho atenciosa e simpática em todos os momentos, nosso quarto estava impecável todos os dias e sempre com um mimo. No café muito bom, fomos muito bem tratados pela equipe do Seu Vanderlei, Seu Fiuza, Renato e Andreia. A equipe de recepção também não deixou nada a desejar. Parabéns equipe Hotel Refúgio da Montanha esperamos voltar em breve.

Razoável, visto que a propriedade é muito boa, confortável, moderna e muito bonita. Os pontos fracos: falta pessoal quase em todo hotel, menos na recepção e café da manhã. Tivemos 03 dias seguidos de problemas no ar e foi preciso desligar a força geral. Não houve um dia sequer durante a estada que fosse feito reposição das amenidades, faltou até papel higiênico. A pessoa que nos recebeu na chegada era a única para fazer tudo, inclusive levar água até o quarto e quando precisamos ligar na recepção, muita demora, possivelmente estava atendendo outra pessoa. Vidraças sujas em todos os cômodos, inclusive na fachada. Havia um chá da tarde que não foi informado na nossa chegada, mas percebemos em um papel com a chave do quarto, mas o horário estava diferente. O conforto e o café foram o ponto alto desse hotel no momento, pois já estive nele em 2018 e foi memorável a nossa estada!
