The hotel is in a good, central location and quiet in spite of the location. The rooms need some TLC. Carpet was bunched and some missing at the end of a hallway. The tile in the elevator was broken and wobbly (not secure) and a host of other concerns. The staff was accommodating about my concerns.

The staff was fantastic at this property. Rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They even offered a complimentary UBER service for going back and forth to the airport and also downtown. (I had never experienced that before, and it was really great.
