The staff were super friendly, they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay here, both the front desk, and 1F restaurant for breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. The massage in the hotel was phenomenal!! We stayed for one night, and went back again to stay another night the next week. Definitely will go back, and strongly recommended!

Has four soaking pools for women's hot spring sauna, clean and quite big! May enjoy buffet breakfast until 2pm, so can make it a brunch( however most dishes a lukewarm, cutting down the taste!). Room size decent also with two hot spring soaking tubs.

We just stayed there for 4 days 3 nights and i can say that their service is good. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selection from porridge pancakes noodles. Our family of 6 (3 adults 3 children) stay in a room and it has decent space to open 4 luggages. They have a balcony, 2 spring bathtub but I find the bathtub a little dirty as we can see black stuff at the bottom of the tub when filled.

羅東市區很顯眼的飯店，外表看起來是新的，但是內部設施卻略有舊損的感覺；人員服務熱情，對小朋友也親切；房內空間足夠，廁所部分很大，有2個泡澡溫泉池；早餐時間到1300，可以退房後當午餐吃，餐點內容就比較一般；飯店位置走到夜市大約10分鐘，還算方便的地方，聽得到火車走鐵軌的聲音。

飯店的隔音真的很差，火車經過的聲音讓我們無法安穩入睡。 五樓溫泉服務人員的態度不好，感覺非常不耐煩，我們第一次入住對進入會館的流程不是這麼熟悉，我們詢問毛巾怎麼沒給的時候還不耐煩的回答我們自己先離開他東西都拿出來了。春假近兩萬元的價位，可以有更更好的選擇。 但餐廳的服務人員態度非常好，也樂意幫我們解決問題。值得嘉許。

可能我期望太高，住了一晚之後，覺得他的性價比不行，感覺是以五星級的價格入住三星級的飯店 缺點： 1.入住1920星隅客房，以這樣的收費，應該要裝好隔音的氣密窗，面對鐵路，整個晚上幾乎被行走的火車及安全柵欄警示聲吵到沒辦法睡覺（我算是一覺到天亮好睡的那種人） 2.早餐其實品相不少，好吃的東西也不少，但不知為何，餐廳人員呈現食物的方式有點像路邊的外膾餐，建議可以用比較美的容器，食物也排列得整齊美觀一些，提升整個早餐的質感，畢竟色香味俱全還是必須的，看到好好吃的肉圓好開心，但卻沒有合適的醬汁，還是必須稱讚一下小籠包很好吃，強烈建議咖啡豆可以換一下，因為咖啡真的好苦，不過可可很好喝 2.有健身習慣的朋友，不要期望太高，健身房只有極簡單基本的健身設施 優點 1.星隅客房空間的確非常舒適，1家四口住起來很寬敞，房間泡湯的地方也規劃得很好 2.離羅東夜市走路大概10分鐘 3.服務人員親切
