We had a great stay. Close to the T, safe area, friendly staff. The plumbing wasn’t working well but the front desk person said she would ask someone to go right up to look at it. It wasn’t noisy despite being near the highway. Good free coffee downstairs in the AM.

This AC Hotel was excellent!! Location was great, facilities and staff service was outstanding. Special recognition to Steve and Jesse (not sue if it was Jesse or Jeffrey but he had big and beautiful curly hair) for the excellent customer service provided. Their service made the difference!! The hotel was close to dining options and we walked into downtown Boston/Fenway (about 45 minute walk). Parking is expensive at the hotel so we parked one block away under the highway for $20/24 hour period. Our room was spacious and we slept well - ask for the side away from the highway which is much quieter. Steve at the front desk provided excellent customer service.
