If we come back to the Tri-Cities area, we would definitely pick this hotel again. We stayed here as a family of 6 and it was perfect. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly

The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately I’m embarrassed to have been the part of noise complaints coming from our room. I had an angel (Cassie?) pull me from a domestic violent situation. I am forever grateful to have that intervened when it was happening, without her- and her comfort to me, I would’ve stayed in a situation that we all know would have gotten worse. She took care of me and saw what was happening. I’d like to have a conversation with her, because it all happened so fast and I’m trying to put the puzzle pieces together from that night.
