Cuando vamos a Qro es de las principales opciones para hospedarnos… acceso inmediata a la carretera Méx-Qro, cercanía tmabien al centro de la ciudad. Excelente opción si buscas un lugar para llegar a dormir y con un buen trato/limpieza. Volvería sin problema.

El personal presta el servicio bien sólo si reciben una propina. Si no dejas propina el servicio no es bueno. Son muy interesados en la propina. Cada vez que vas a ingresar a la habitación tienes que ir a programar la tarjeta. Aveces hasta 4 veces en el día. Deben actualizar el sistema.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias y en buenas condiciones. Las amenidades regulares. Las instalaciones limpias y cuidadas. Solo el agua de la piscina estaba helada y los camastros y sillas son insuficientes. La comida del restaurante es buena, la atención de el personal de el restaurante bueno. Reportamos un problema de la regadera y de inmediato lo solucionaron.
