Wonderful!

We hade the resort view villa. It was lovely and quiet. The staff are so welcoming and incredible. We also went to the appreciation drinks in the evening which had a great atmosphere. We ordered room service for dinner to relax in the villa and it was delicious. The breakfast was also spectacular. On our last day after checkout we had lunch by the sea. Would 100% stay again and stay for longer next time.

Great property for family vacation

the propety is large and quite well maintained; there are enough dining choices and prices are fair for a resort of this standing; the pool is great place to spend the day with kids; the beach is not the place to really swim- too much current; overall - there is, visibly an effort to upgrade the service level with more professional stuff; the property stay highly recommended in my opinion;

Awful. Worst Ritz-Carlton experience ever

Check-In: Double-charged. Conditions crap, untidy and worn appearance, buggy service slow and took ages to get one for dinner - slow response and take ages to even read message, then a long time to come. Even worse when time to check out and catch our flight. Pony was arrogant, sneering and dismissive Smoking workers in buggy route when going to dinner, we were driven through it despite buggy driver seeing them and greeting them further up road. Guests allowed to smoke in bar seating area where other guests had no option to sit and breathe in the second hand smoke. Bar staff surly Baby allowed in pool without nappy Pillows tired and had no neck support Service slow and poor A bad look, can’t believe this tired resort was The Ritz-Carlton Go stay at the Four Seasons instead

Absolutely amazing and relaxing stay. The villas are a bit old but lovely and comfortable, but they are refurbing this year also. Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are and while yes you could point out a few small improvements there is absolutely no need as the positive out way any small imperfections. Definitely recommend the ranch restaurant worth every penny and the Thai restaurant was amazing food and staff. We will definitely be back. There is a lot of walking around the property since it is located on the side of a hill. They are very quick to send a golf cart to pick you up as this is the preferred method of getting around the hotel grounds. Food was great.

The property is very nice but requires staff to move you around in cart due to size and hills. They have a shuttle to shopping several times a day but is generally very secluded. All the staff are fantastic and food good. Our room was getting a little dated and needs some upgrading but nice a spacious with outdoor patio and plunge pool.

We stayed four nights in a beautiful villa overlooking the sea. Service was good enough (staff really made an effort, especially Ping and Beauty), and the premises of the hotel were OK. However, none of this justified the price of about 1000 euro daily we were charged. The breakfast room was a big, sad, and noisy hall with lots of poorly-dressed guests swarming around with plenty of children. We needed to arrive early if we wanted to be seated at a decent table. Their private beach was underwhelming. In short, if you’re looking for an exclusive and relaxing experience, this resort is not from you.
