Property is right next to Tasch station - 1 minute walk to reach! Hotel was nice and breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only thing was that there was brown liquid from the taps likely due to clogged contents in the pipes from the snowstorm that hit just a couple of days before.

Pros: - Very Accomodating Front Desk. - Beautiful views from our room. - clean Spacious room and bathroom - we love the balcony. - good breakfast - Very close to the train station. ( less than 5min walk) The only con is there’s no air conditioning. But since it’s not too hot during our stay so it’s not really an issue for us. Overall, we love our stay in this hotel. 5/5 Recommended.

Not for light sleepers

The room, specifically the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair and lint on the bathroom floor and children's handprint on the glass door. The bed was "springy" and uncomfortable. And the trains are very loud and run most of the night. So if you're a light sleeper, this is not a place for you.

Unbeatable location

Location, location, location! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Seriously it’s just right in front of the train station. You can wear your ski boots with your ski gears walk out from the hotel’s ski room directly to catch the train in 2 mins. It’s just like a ski-in/ski-out hotel to Zermatt. The free breakfast was good while dinner lack of choices. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel if you want to ski in Zermatt, but don’t want to stay in Zermatt town (No car allowed).
