Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel in general, nice location on a not so busy street. Surrounding area is a bit dirty which might be expected near a rice field. Once at the hotel the service was good but the communication before check-in was not (barely audible phone, English was not great and not a quick response to my emails which could have made up for the second part)

This is a very nice hotel outside the center of Hoi An. You need to take the travel to the city into consideration, we struggled a couple of times getting a taxi at night The hotel offers a shuttle but it’s limited

Lovely 5-day stay. Amazing room with lots of space and rice field view. Very comfortable bed. Amazing pool with rice field view, it is small, but We were lucky that there were not a lot of guests at the same time. Can recommend this hotel.

Love, love, love Lasenta, we had a wonderful stay here!! Breakfast buffet is excellent, rooms huge, beautiful and comfortable, pool and view are stunning, staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and the service is exceptional. Close enough to ancient town to walk comfortably ( though there is a free shuttle provided) but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Cannot fault this hotel at all, would very highly recommend and will most definitely return some day 💕
