My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful with their recommendations and advice, and the place felt so clean and upscale. Definitely stay here if you want to be central but don’t want to break the bank.

Our stay was amazing, the room was very spacious and clean. It was in a great location for exploring the city, we walked most places. There were plenty of food options right downstairs as well and a taxi stand right out front which was convenient when we were going a bit further. The staff was so nice, we received a free bottle of champagne upon check in and also free coffee and water throughout our stay. Overall it was the perfect spot for our honeymoon and we’d definitely stay again during our next visit to Rome.

We recently stayed at Hotel Relais Rione Ponte for 3 nights to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Located quite literally just around the corner from the beautiful Piazza Navona, it’s a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, 15 minute walk from Trevi Fountain and around 20 minutes walk from both the Colosseum and Vatican. The hotel is clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were most helpful and friendly. They even prepared a bottle of Prosecco on ice, a card and snacks to make our arrival even more memorable. Can’t fault this hotel and it’s in an unbeatable location, highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Location was great to see Rome. Quiet, clean room with a comfortable bed, right in the middle of it all. Great place to stay.

2/10 Poor

Our toilet was broken from the start of our stay until the end. We informed hotel staff repeatedly but they did not fix it nor did they provide a viable alternative option for us. The owner of the hotel was incredibly mean and hostile on the phone and told my husband it was his fault for ‘flushing it wrong’. We were flushing it normally. Later we were told by other hotel staff that the toilet was actually broken and the owner knew this. Go elsewhere for your stay in Rome!

Clean room with very comfortable beds. I docked one point because it was a bit noisy and we could hear all the conversations going on in the lobby.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel so much! Rooms are so clean, comfy and stylish. Silvia, Laura and Jacob they were all so kind, friendly and helpfull! They helped me a lot with my every question and suggested lots of beautiful places. This is the only place I will stay when I am in Rome from now on. Thank you!

Location,Location,Apertivos!

Fantastic location, plenty of options for food, espresso, apertivos, and of course Piazza Navona! Plenty big room with huge bathroom. Parking is across the bridge at the Parcheggio but only a 10 minute stroll no big deal, don’t expect street parking it won’t happen. Would happily stay again.

It was a nice hotel at the center of Rome. But whenever a bus passed by, my bed shook. Intialky, I thought there was an earthquake. I did get used to it...

Me and my fiancée stayed at this hotel for a weekend away in early December. We had a brilliant stay. The hotel is small, only a corridor of rooms and it is located on the second floor. It is quiet and centred perfectly near all the sites that you would want to see in Rome. The rooms were clean and the receptionists were really helpful providing maps and lists of good restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a discreet, accessible, clean, small boutique hotel.

8/10 Very good

We really liked the hotel itself, however it was tricky to get into because it is located on the second floor of like an apartment building and there is no 24h concierge. We had to let ourselves in and buzz into the “hotel”. Great location but overall tricky. Room was beautiful but probably would not stay here again.
Olivia, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location. You can walk anywhere in a few minutes. Restaurants all around. Staff was efficient and quick. Very clean. Only complaints I had (and they are minor) were I Wish the AC in the rooms could go down a couple more degrees as it takes a while to cool off, and when we checked in the toilet paper roll was almost empty and we didn’t notice they don’t provide an extra one so we had to go buy one for that night. But like I said those things are no big deal. I would absolutely stay again. Very well priced also.
Zachery, 1-night trip

Such a great hotel! The best part is truly the staff. We came in early from an all nighter flight from the states and Serena was already waiting for us to give us a room(at 930am)! We were so thankful because I was traveling with my 79 year old mom and she really needed a nap before going to see the sights. Serena was so welcoming and we felt right at home! Over the next few days the staff there took such great care of us. Sylvia made the most wonderful cappuccino and even sent me my passport photo via WhatsApp when the coliseum required a form of identification. I would have had to walk 25 minutes to the hotel and 25 minutes back to the coliseum with my passport. She saved me so much time and hassle! And gigi procured us a ride back to the airport at a busy time when you normally had to wait in a long line at the taxi stand. His driver was fast and efficient. We had a seamless and really wonderful trip and the staff was so amazing. Thank you, Serena, Sylvia and Gigi for making our stay so great!!
Towana, 2-night trip

Great room with excellent location!

This is a great hotel that is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood. It is very close to the Piazzza Nuvona, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. There are a lot of great restaurants close by along with excellent shopping etc. The front desk staff was awesome! We had a problem with the A/C and they responded quickly. My only complaint was the size of the room. It is much smaller than the picture of the one we booked. This is Rome so you expect a small room of course; but, even smaller than normal. The room was very clean and the bathroom actually had a nice size and very modern. Great location though for your stay in Rome!
Damon, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel was nice but basic. I thought I was to have fresh flowers in the room, but didn't. I had to ask for more coffee, the heating didn't work but they did get it fixed along with fixing one of the bathroom sink's plugs that was stuck. The worst part was the internet connection/wifi. It barely worked on our phones and didn't on my laptop. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, the shower was lovely and the chocolates and Prosecco a nice welcome. All in all, the place was nice but average, not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel but if you want comfortable basic, then this would be perfect. The staff was always very responsive and helped me with a driver back to the airport very early on NY's day.
Renee, 4-night trip

This AirBnb is close to shops, popular piazza's and attractions. All of the staff is very helpful and the lady that cleaned our room was excellent. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. We were also able to walk for about 25 mins to meet out tour to Tuscany for the day. I'm a very light sleeper and none of this affected my husband but our room was just above a very popular sandwich shop which could be noisy at times and then there are food deliveries to the same shops quite early in the morning which you can also hear. There is also a store front under construction in the same building and they think it's acceptable to start drillling before 8 a.m. The shower is in the bedroom and the glass in not frosted so if you are travelling with anyone besides your partner it could be a little awkward. We did really enjoy how spacious and clean the room was and there is an elevator in the building which is a huge plus. We felt safe and secure in the building with the added features of security code to get it and card tap to get to reception. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciate all the recommendations give to us!
