Classy piano-focused hotel that's central

From the start, Ersen was very helpful in providing a quiet room with my preferences and suggesting relevant local information. As an amateur pianist, it's great to visit a hotel with a well-tuned piano; there are name brand 5 star hotels with pianos out of tune. The breakfast was diverse however, I didn't have to time savor so I suggest guest find the time to enjoy. Plus there's a second floor area to relax.

Good location, small room with high price.

The room is small with single bed, sink in the room, and no space for keeping personal belongings as the side table is used to keep the small fridge. The price is considered high if compared the room size. However the location and cleanliness are satisfactory.

Online pictures of the room were misleading. We booked the superior room with the balcony and the room was tinyyyyyyy!! The "balcony" was a sliver of area outside, where you could not even sit or have two people stand. Room also felt old. Walls were thin and you could hear the other nearby room conversations and when doors would open and close which was disruptive when we were trying to sleep. Interactions with most of the front desk employees were not particularly warm or friendly. Will say the breakfast was great - good selection, tasty and fresh ingredients. Location was great for being in the city center and walkable to major spots.

Good hotel for the price. We stayed in the economy room with exterior bathroom. The room was as described - simple and small, but clean and comfortable. Only downside as the air condition / AC. The room units are controlled centrally and the hotel did not turn it on overnight. It was very warm in the room even at the end of October. Would have been 5 stars if not for the AC. Good breakfast.

Konakta güvenlik problemi var ve bu bölgede bulabileceğiniz en güvenli otellerden birisi.Konsept olarak çok güzel ve bakımlı bir otel.Metroya çok yakın bu süper.Tek kişilik oda da kaldım ufak da olsa bir dolap isterdim, tuvalet lavabosu çok küçük.Oda temizliği baya iyidi,çalışanlar ve resepsiyonist arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.Sırf onlar için bile tekrar gelebilirim.Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi.Bu bölgede kalmak istesem tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.Teşekkür ederim.

Odalar küçük ama kullanışlı, yataklar konforsuz maalesef artık değişme vakitleri gelmiş hatta geçmiş, banyo yeterli ama temizlik maalesef iyi değildi, küf kokusu çok keskindi. Kahvaltı güzel çeşitli ve doyurucu idi. Otelin konumu ulaşım yönünden çok merkezi, çalışanlar güzel yüzlü ve yardım sever. İzmir ziyaretimizde tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

In general it was a comfortable place to stay in. The location was pretty good. The breakfast had variety and was fresh and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a single room with a big bed but the bathroom was separate so that was something i didn’t like. But in general i enjoyed my stay here

Bon emplacement de l’hôtel. Les chambre sont vraiment dans grande qualité, le lit grinçait à absolument chaque mouvement ce qui rend vraiment difficile de passer une bonne nuit sans se réveiller toutes les 20 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est acceptable, peu varié mais suffit pour quelques jours selon moi. C’est humide la salle de bain sent mauvais et pendant des jours de pluies vous aurez le toit qui fuit sur vous.

İzmir Konak’taki bu oteldeki konaklamam maalesef beklentilerimin çok altındaydı. Öncelikle, yatak olarak koltuk verilmesi büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı ve kesinlikle konforlu değildi. Oda son derece küçük, banyo ise neredeyse kullanılamayacak kadar dardı. Temizlik konusunda da ciddi eksikler vardı; oda ve özellikle banyo yeterince temiz değildi. Balkonlu oda olarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştım ancak verilen balkon, balkon denemeyecek kadar küçüktü ve kirliydi. Fotoğraflar ve açıklamalar ile gerçek arasında ciddi farklar var. Konum iyi olabilir ama bu fiyat seviyesinde bu kadar düşük kalite kabul edilemez. Geliştirme yapılması gereken çok fazla konu var.
