客房乾淨清爽，設備齊全。飯店備有免費休憩點心區以及自助餐式早餐和簡易晚餐/宵夜，對沒有交通工具的旅客來說非常方便。大眾運輸班次極少，沒有交通工具的旅客大多數狀況下只能搭計程車。因應政府環保規定客房內沒有瓶裝水，但是飲水機只有1F和2F配備，稍有不便。飯店B1F配備有免費自助洗衣機(含洗衣粉)/烘乾機，非常方便。客房內的空調器上具有LED溫度顯示器，關燈後非常亮度頗明顯。

整體服務品質有問題

1.我們連續住宿2晚，早餐準備的量差一很大，第一天用餐菜量很少，都沒補餐，第二天有團體出現才看到有補滿；而且提供的濃湯太鹹，顯示整體餐品品質控制有問題。 2.敝人是開休旅車 ：住宿前曾致電2次詢問停車場，結果到了現場發覺車道似乎很小，所以沒有硬行進入車道改停旁邊停車場，辦理入住時再度詢問櫃檯人。員才說休旅車不適合進入，是否應該事先告知呢？ 3 因為之前入住時印象很好，此次入住覺得很多地方差異很大，以後不會再選擇這裡入住了。

舒適自在的飯店，水壓大洗澡舒服，如果你是一個身體敏感的人，推薦可以選擇住在這。 餐點好吃，有提供宵夜卷，宵夜供餐時段為20:00～22:00，有點像喜來登的商務餐點但是更好吃提供的選項更多而且都是熱食，炸雞有醃製在炸感覺是個用心經營餐點的飯店，早餐選擇多樣有好吃的白粥配菜都是熱的好吃，最主要都是住宿免費提供，很超值值得推薦。
