The staff at the front desk were borderline rude, barely a response when needing something. All the dishes in the room were dirty upon check in, the dishwasher didn’t work, no quarters available for laundry- was told to go to the gas station. Staff were always sitting chatting or on their cell phones in the breakfast area. Painful experience- for a Hilton brand hotel

When we went for our day activity, we are expecting that they will clean our room and replenish towels and empty our garbages. But When we came back our room was not cleaned up. I am not sure if they only clean the room once you checked out.

Overall the property is decent and is in a great location. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, with much storage and is convenient for large families. The hotel is close to nearby shopping, restaurants, Legoland and Woodbury Commons. My only concern was there was a lingering smell in the rooms and lobby area, and some of the towels needed to be cleaned better. In addition, the bathroom area could use some upgrades and better cleaning to the fixtures. The morning breakfast has many options, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. One of the servers did not have the best attitude and reminded everyone that she had a long shift. Her attitude was unprofessional, although the rest of the staff was awesome and very helpful.
