The hotel location is great, it's only few minutes walk from the port. Hotel has its own private beach and also very nice pool. It's right on the beach so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Very clean and nicely decorated.

My wife and I had a lovely time at the Villa. The property is beautiful - it faces the sea directly. Our room came with a spacious balcony and in suite bath and jacuzzi as well. The staff at the property took great care of us and accommodated my dietary preferences as well. They recommended some great restaurants to visit as well as connected us to a very reasonable tours and travels company for tours to Ksamil and Blue Eye. Cannot recommend this villa enough if you are looking for a tranquil romantic getaway within Sarande. Will visit again!

The hotel is perfectly located- a short walk from great restaurants (Ladi and Black Marlin) and supermarkets like Spar. The staff were amazing at booking us taxis, recommending places to eat or anything else we needed to enjoy our stay. We really enjoyed access to their pool, sunloungers and beach front and even found that we preferred this to some of the other beaches we visited in Saranda/Ksamil! Could not recommend enough and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. Staff was kind and responsive; even when they didn't speak English, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide for us. Brilliant stay - exactly what we were looking for. Free private beach and swimming pool is a game changer in this area. Staff always on hand to help and support: Breakfast not my favourite personally but that was ok! Great view from the balcony and close proximity to area with lots of bars and places to eat.
