Great Location and Customer Service.

We always enjoy our stays at the Boathouse. Free parking is excellent and its only a short stroll into the centre of Chester. Its a great location. We stayed in a recently refurbished Superior Room which had air conditioning and a great riverside view. The food menu is also excellent and customer service is excellent too. Please thank Reilly and Charlotte for displaying the best customer service. We will be visiting again very soon.

The best kept secret in Chester. You step outside the gate and you’re straight onto the side of river. Such a peaceful place to stay, yet within a 5 minute walk of the park, town wall and the town centre.

Great stay

I had a great stay here. I checked in late in the day however staff still showed great support welcoming me. My room was very clean and was decorated beautifully. The room had a great tea and coffee station and the bathroom featured a selection on lovely shower products.
