Comfortable, clean, perfect stay if you want to visit the Laurgavatn Fontana (and geothermal bakery) Comfortable beds, simple but plentiful breakfast. No hair dryers in the rooms, but friendly staff will gladly provide you with one if asked. Would love to come back and stay a little longer than just one night!

Sadly did not enjoy my stay here. My room located on the top floor. Room small but perfect for one night stay, bathroom fully renovated and good. My issue was that you can hear everything in the neighbours and the hallway and I was unlucky with my neighbours so I slept badly it felt like I was with 10 people in room Good location and price, but unfortunately I won't stay there again

The room was clean and neat but small. One side of the hotel faces the highway but it was quiet at night. There was no TV, only 1 chair, no bedside tables. The bathroom was very nice. There is a very nice lounge area for the guests with a great coffee machine as well as games.

Check-in was easy. Was sent an email a few days before with all needed instructions. Staff was very friendly. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel and it was delicious! If we had stayed a second night I would have definitely eaten there again. Only negative was room was very loud. You could hear everything happening in the hallway and nearby rooms/areas.

Nice place for visiting the Golden Circle

Our room had a great view out over the lake. We enjoyed a no-frills, but good dinner at the hotel restaurant. The Laugarvatn Fontana was just down the street, and the hotel made a good stop on our tour of the Golden Cricle.
