The staff is very friendly, polite, helpful, courteous and professional. Foud and Habiba went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. They arranged for us transportation to and from the airport with a reliable driver. We didn’t have to worry about anything suit our stay. Their breakfast was very good too. When we saw all of the 5-star reviews on Hotels.com we had to stay here. Riad Anabel and the wonderful staff did not disappoint!!! Fouad was amazingly helpful with coordinating many outings including riding Arabian horses on the beach (3 hours by private car--Essaouira--an amazing port town on the Atlantic Ocean), last minute rooftop dinner reservations at nearby posh Dar Dar restaurant-which deserves it own 5 star rating for food, fun, atmosphere, sunsets, and friendly staff). Riad Anabel has its own Hammam--(look it up and do it!!) and massage therapists. The breakfasts were amazing and we had a fantastic dinner there one evening--the tangine is sooo good. There are not enough superlatives for this stunning, authentic Riad. You will be charmed!

Riad Anabel was the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The property is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the amenities are incredible. From tea, to breakfast to the amazing recommendations everything was sublime. We even took a cooking class at the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is in an amazing location yet feels quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. A truly perfect hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Once I come back to Marrakech I will be returning.

Our 3rd stay at Riad Anabel, each time a different room and each time very unique, think we’ve found our favourite room now, Hence booking again for May 2026. The property is absolutely spotless and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, with the well balanced combination of traditional Moroccan style and modern requirements. The breakfasts are amazing, lots of pastries, cereals, pancakes, fruit yoghurt and a different Moroccan egg dish every day. Only a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the main square and the fabulous mayhem that is Marrakesh. Marrakech has become a real home from home for us, as we have been coming since 2018, and no better place to call home in a foreign country than Riad Anabel.

The property is located in Marrakesh’s Medina, close to everything but quiet after a couple of turns. We traveled with two adults and two children. The room was what we expected; it can feel tight, but it was very peaceful, and the service was excellent. We had one of the best breakfasts during our trip, with various pastries, homemade Moroccan pancakes, yogurt, etc. I would go back to Riad Anabel if staying in the Medina.
