This is a pet friendly hotel. However, the pool music blared the entire night on our last night there. Front desk could not resolve and mgmt is not answering an email neither is the hotel answering the phone to discuss. Not a pleasant stay. Bathroom is very small.

From the time we stopped inside till we left everything was perfect. Beautiful views, friendly staff on hoyrl and on the beach. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas an extra bonus. Restaurant was good, little pricey. I've had better seafood but still tasted good. Every room has a balcony and ocean view.

Its was good, we were told we could check in possibly early and it could be an additional charge that we were good with paying so we arrived early and the room wasnt even ready until 4:15, check in time is 4 and check out is 11, but other than that, very clean, restaurant was 5 stars, before we go back we will definitely make sure about the the room check in

I had booked an Air B&B for a mini family vacation. After booking that trip, we wanted to extend our trip but was unable to add a day so I found an open room at Crystal Coast. It was so affordable I was skeptical of the quality. But boy were we surprised. We have a trip already planned for 2026, but we’ve already decided to come back after that. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and the amenities were amazing. My only regret is not staying longer.

I took a quick weekend trip with my family and it was a great stay. We never left the entire time there because it had the beach, pool, and restaurant all on site. It was cute, clean, renovated, and the staff were all helpful and kind. This is our third visit there and we will be back again.

Not as great as my last stay

Staff was wonderful, restaurant and bar was great, room was clean as usual. My fridge in my room didn't work which meant I couldn't properly store my left overs and drinks. I did have a small cooker so I hard to constantly get ice. Also for my 2 day stay I could never access the free Wi-Fi the rep stated it was probably too many people signed on.
