Best stay ever!!! Anh Duy Tùng and the rest of the team were so accommodating with recommendations and helpful with transportation. We had a late flight, and they let us stay in the lobby, held onto our luggages, and even offered us showers. My friends and I love this place!!!!

Clean and fabulous scent upon entering the hotel. Great staff service upon arrival and especially at the restaurant during breakfast where they even the opportunity to find out if your stay was good so far. Excellent breakfast selection and close proximity to all that you need nearby. I had to go to Tam Dao for 2 days and decided upon return to stay with them again!

Service was impeccable, from the first greeting upon arrival to the hotel to the farewell upon departure. The room was sufficiently large, with space for luggage, and bed was cosy. My room also came with a balcony, which had views across the city. Breakfast was also tasty and, with the restaurant on the 8th floor, provided a view of Hanoi's rooftops. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will gladly recommend it.

I had an amazing two stays at the Trendy La Siesta Boutique Hotel Hanoi (we stayed one night before our departure for a Ha Long Bay cruise) and another few nights on our return to explore Hanoi. The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located in the Old Quarter, and had all we needed for a short stay. The highlight was by far the staff. They went above and beyond to make our group comfortable, from the bellmen, to the front desk clerks, to the servers at breakfast, everyone greeted us with a smile and provided top notch service. The breakfast was especially delicious as well (very generous spread). I would happily stay again on a future visit to Hanoi. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Comfortable room

Great location in old quarter, room was pretty spacious and comfy, breakfast was great including pho and eggs made to order daily, all staff were extremely kind. One minor negative was that the toilets can use some bleach and cleaning. I was in two different rooms and both were in similar condition. The shower was clean enough. Linens were clean! Overall I had a great stay!

We arrived at Hanoi and were immediately greeted by our driver to take us to the hotel. We were greeted with warm tea and dried ginger apricots while we waited for our check-in to complete after we handed over our passport. Our room overlooked the train street and it was very pleasant. Room was cozy. The bustling noises from Hanoi didn’t migrate to our room and everything quieted down during bedtime. Breakfast buffet was great. We only stayed one night because we left for Ha Long Bay the next day, but wish we could enjoy the hotel a bit more. No pool or fitness center, but overall a great hotel at a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. P.S. We were provided with packed ginger apricots and tea leaves upon our departure. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture of great hospitality.

Service Was the Best! My Wonderful Stay in the Old

I recently had a wonderful stay in the old town. The hotel is located in a great spot, although the small intersection made getting in and out a bit tricky. Breakfast and Service The breakfast wasn't overly elaborate, but there were plenty of delicious options. What really stood out was the staff's incredible service. Every single person, from check-in to check-out, was so friendly, patient, and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its fantastic location, great food, and outstanding service.

Great location for train street

Staff were very attentive and a great location for Train Street, some aspects of the room were a little tired, for example the silicone around the shower and the grouting could do with replacing but definitely nothing to put you off because we had a lovely stay and it is a great location. The breakfast was ok but not great and caters to Vietnamese and Western tastes. The bar was nice but pricey compared to the local area but I guess that's hotel prices for you.
