The hotel has many amazing amenities and the Onsen and food was amazing, as well as the garden around it. However, the service was very poor, and when we were checking out, they changed the fee to be over 400 dollars more expensive, denied that the original price which they had written on a sheet during our check in was cheaper, and threatened to call the police when we questioned them.

This is a beautiful resort hotel with hot springs bath that offers view of Mt Fuji. Excellent service, breakfast buffet and private dining room for traditional Japanese dinner.
