Hotel is in a great location and rooms are pretty big for Europe. Bathroom has nice closed shower. Front desk was so nice to us. Only issue was that the shower did not drain properly and toilet seat kept closing on my back. Also no safes in room. But enjoyed the stay and location was awesome. Great value for price!

It is superbly located and the staff is so sweet and helpful. The hotel has lots of character but the walls were thin and the noise will disturb most people's sleep. I could hear their loud conversation at night and in the morning.

Great hotel concept; terrible bed

Wonderful welcome at check-in, Ammar was very joyful. The hotel room was clean, well decorated, had a great hot water pressure shower and the toiletries were of a great brand. However, the bed was very saggy and we were not able to get a restful night's sleep because of it. The only thing letting this hotel down, which of course is the main priority when choosing an accommodation. Luckily we were only staying for one night.

This hotel is within walking distance of all the major tourist sites in Madrid and so is an ideal location. The staff could not be more welcoming , helpful and accommodating. Each room seems to be unique with every comfortable bed and bathroom. Some of the fittings are a bit old fashioned but none the worse for that. Air-con is very efficient. There is a small dining area and terrace on the roof where they serve an excellent breakfast. The whole area is full of restaurants and tapas bars so they don't have a restaurant. If I am back in Madrid I would use this hotel again

Great location, desk staff friendly, rooms are aged, ac does not work well at all, cleaning service only makes up room, not enough soap provided. Just lacks overall. I would call this a two star out of five us rating.
