Yufuin Kotobuki Hananosho overfed us

Very convenient, near train station. Clean and pleasant ambience. Shared onsen is generally good, we like the outdoor onsen. Generous in toilet amenities bag. Commend on Ms Kawahala excellent customer service, she is friendly and helpful at check in counter.

Great Japanese style hotel. Convenient location from Fukuin station. Quiet and very friendly and helpful staff. Food is also very good and quite an impressive amount. One negative was chose this hotel since they have a sauna but is closed due to corona still. This was not mentioned on Expedia. At this point in time being closed due to coronavirus is a bit outdated and disappointing

ホテルの売店が休業中だった事が残念だった。それとエアコンの温度設定がリモコンではなかったので難しかった。 それ以外は料理もとても美味しかったし、小さい子どもを連れて行ったけれどスタッフの皆さんが優しく対応はとても良かったので親子孫で楽しい時間を過ごす事ができとても感謝しています。

온천 료칸으로서는 만적합니다

일본 온천의 료칸은 대부분 오래된 시설이다 보니 한계점이 있었다. 다만 우리가 선택한 기준 즉 가격과 다다빙 방이 있는 객실과 가이세끼 정식이 잘 나오는 곳에는 부합 된 호텔이었다. 주차장도 잘 돼 있고 특히 무료라 편했다. 유후인 킨린호수가 매우 가까워 위치도 만족했다. 다만 오래 된 시설이다 보니 온천탕이 과연 청결할까(청소는 아주 잘 돼 있었지만)라는 염려가 있었던건 어쩔 수 없는 일이었다. 한증 시설이 있는데 손님이 많질 않아 가동을 중단한건 어쩔 수 없지만 불편한 시설처럼 여겨져 이것만이라도 아예 시설을 철거하든지 보수했으면 어떨까 생각이 들었다. 그래도 유휴인을 또 간다면 다시 이 호텔을 이용할 것이다. 가이세끼 정식과 아침식사가 세트로 묶여 가격이 조금은 놓았지만 음식의 질과 서비스가 합당하여 만족했다. 직원들의 친절도도 놓았으며 여러모로 장점이 많았다.

유휴인역에서 가깝고 깨끗한 료칸!!!

처음으로 엄마와 자매들과 함께 여자 5명이 함께 한 여행이였어요. 유후인역에서 가깝고 상점가나 긴린코호수까지 산책다녀오기도 좋은 거리라 선택했구요. 생각했던것처럼 깨끗하고 편안하게 묵었습니다. 웰컴음료는 저녁시간과 가까워서 다 마시진 못했지만 좋았구요. 온천도 잘 이용했어요. 저녁식사와 아침 조식도 맛있었습니다. 일본 난방뭉화가 익숙하지 않아서 밤에 온풍기 소리가 많이 나긴 했지만 그래도 따뜻하게 잘 잤어요. 나중에 유후인에 또 오게 된다면 다시한번 방문하고 싶네요.

후기보고 기대가 너무 컸었던게 약간의 실망으로 남은거 같아요. 허리가 좋지 않던 저에게 바닥에서 자는건 무리였는지 제공된 요 두께가 편하진 않았어요. 대욕장도 오래되서 관리 부분이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 호텔 위치가 버스역에선 10분 이내였지만 쇼핑 메인거리에선 도보로 10분 이상 떨어져 있는 것도 감안하세요.
