Very pleasant apartment with a good atmosphere, the host is correct, Wahtshap provides all useful information for getting in. Perfect accommodation for those who do not require staff to take care of them. The metro is a 5-minute walk, from there you can walk around the city.

Location and room is very nice for the price. Since is B&B , check in is not the same and have to tell them in advance at exactly what time you will arrive. Everything else is nice and super clean. Super safe area and easy to find parking for 10 Euro/day

We had a great stay. Location was excellent. We loved the neighbourhood. Room was always clean. Great AC. Vanessa was great and very friendly and very helpful. Our few critiques are that the remote for the TV did not have batteries and check in was not clear and did not work as expected as doorbell didn’t work and we were not notified of this so we had to open our cell and roam to contact host. Breakfast was good but not as shown on pictures on website. However Vanessa was quick to add options and even provide some gluten free items upon request.

We arrived late at night and after the property’s check in time schedule (ends at 7pm) but Christian (owner/ manager) was so nice to wait for us and checked us in with no glitch. He was sympathetic to the fact that we had a late arrival and a long flight Room was clean and well kept. Daily housekeeping services by Karlo and Arianne - both very helpful/friendly and excellent with housekeeping services and Concierge . Property is walking distance to most sights and even to the nearest metro (Lepanto) Will definitely stay here again when we will revisit Rome and will definitely recommend to friends and family

The check in process was not that pleasant, the guy in charge to guide me through the check-in steps was very rude to me when I call him because the instructions were not the clear to me, so he got upset and started yelling at me. We had a late flight and our arrival at the hotel was late, we were tired and all we just wanted was to have a easy time to relax but that was not possible at all, the room wasn’t big enough for three persons!!;( The cleaning lady was very helpful she gave us extra towels and reply to my questions with kindness!!;)
