The hotel was very clean and the restaurant food/service was great - 5 stars for that. Why I gave two stars overall was - that the fridge was not working so our food and birthday cake got ruined, WiFi didn’t work the entire time, the cable service had to be fixed as well as the front desk gave trouble at the time of check-in for the extra cost of the rollaway bed, despite that being mentioned in the reservation email from Expedia to them

Perfect stay amidst the beautiful valley of Shimla

My husband and me were planning for a small vacation to the hills to relax. While looking for good properties to stay, we came across Snow valley. We were impressed by it and booked it and our decision was apt. We had a memorable stay, as the courteous staff made sure that we got everything we wanted. Every staff were helpful and were available at all times. The food was good and they had a good spread at the buffet. If someone is planning with their family to visit Shimla, I would surely recommend to stay at Snow Valley. The place is centrally located and they even arrange for site seeing and cab facilities. Thank you to the entire staff of Snow valley to make our stay beautiful and memorable.

I stayed at the hotel for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. It is 10-15 minutes from the Ridge mall. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner more than 30 dishes in the buffet. The staff was very courteous. And specially Mr Ritesh was great coordination and helped. High hygiene standards. Thank you. Shall be returning for another stay.
