I have traveled a lot with 3 kids in travel sports. I’m not sure why I waited to long to stay at this hotel when playing at the Legacy Center. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. The soaps in the bathroom and shower were Dove and great quality! The breakfast was free, hot and full of options! There was staff continuously cleaning and making sure items were restocked. The staff was fantastic at checkin and checkout. Plus, it was a bonus to have an Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse and Culver’s right next to the hotel! Highly recommend. We will be back!

The daytime hotel staff and property were great but the night staff allowed a travelling boys hockey team to run up and down the hallways making noise and hitting things and setting off alarms specifically a smoke alarm around 1130 pmuntil well after midnight for several hours and did nothing about it for a long time. Worst stay I've ever had at a holiday inn.

Clean, very friendly staff, breakfast was fresh and good, common areas very clean, including the pool, breakfast, hallways, entry, and tables. The expressway, was like a rumble at night which was like white noise and actually promoted sleep. (Never thought I’d say that, but it is true) Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Decor was modern and kept up. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The common areas of the hotel were fine. The staff was working really hard, but our room was not cleaned very well. We had dirty bedding left for us that we were supposed to use for the pull out couch, hairs in the fridge and someone elses dirty q-tips left behind that were beside the garage can.
