We had a friendly greeting on arrival. The person checking us in went through what we needed to know efficiently. The accommodation was clean, smart and well laid out and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of cooked options. The staff at all points were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend here to others

Perfect great staff. Food was very good breakfast was very good and it starts at 7am. WIFI was good and plenty of free parking. The rooms are not the biggest but they have everything you need water, coffee, tea, chocolate ,biscuits ,iron, tv. hair dryer, Fan and even a gun safe. 100% I would stay here again

Fantastic staff made us very welcome despite our late arrival and only a one night stay. The Bordeaux suite was quiet and had all the amenities we wanted. Breakfast before checkout was lovely - superb coffee!! Will definitely stay again.

The Inn West End is a great place to stay with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and parking. All the staff are friendly and there is a welcoming atmosphere. The Inn West End serves great food and drink at reasonable prices, which can be enjoyed inside or out in the garden. Highly recommend The Inn West End for a short stay.

I was beyond welcomed. The whole staff was amazing and I had the best time. Everyone was courteous and friendly, but they also made sure I had everything I needed. I was welcomed with my choice of hot breakfast every morning. They also had the best tea! I cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely fantastic! Chalet type room with a bed that you definitely don't want to get out of! The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Customer service was excellent and so friendly, 5* Would definitely stay there again!!

The Inn at West End was delightful and we stayed four nights and loved it. The breakfast was excellent and available until 11.30am which for the jet lagged is perfect. One of our daughters did not make it until later and they still accommodated us for free! Staff were so friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was delicious. Rooms are equipped with everything you need, beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom large and excellent shower. Good car parking. We will be back!
