The staff were wonderful and very helpful! We absolutely love the location. Very quiet with an amazing view and close to what we wanted to do. We will definitely be staying there next time we visit and our stay will be longer.

Pleasant hotel

Stayed for one night with my 7 year old daughter. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was fine. The coffee was not to my taste, but it wouldn’t keep me from coming back. Waking up with a view of the mountains across the lake was a nice easy to start the day.

Lovely small boutique hotel with 5star service. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views of the mountains and direct in Lake Lucerne. All staff was more than helpful. Very Swiss and would stay again!

Everything about this charming hotel is wonderful. Built in 1883. Do you feel like you’ve stepped back in time to enjoy an exclusive hotel by the lake. We had breakfast and dinner there, both were delicious.

Beautiful property and amazing location. The breakfast service was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond. Just a heads up, the standard European plug is slightly larger and did not fit in any of the outlets in our room.

Classic 19th c. lake hotel. We arrived early (at 11 am) but the staff found a room for us to check in and insisted on cleaning in more although it was already clean. All staff was very friendly and professional. Room was spatious, with great view of the lake. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful view and area. So happy I stumbled on this gem. The area was peaceful not crowded and near Mt. Rigi. Near bus stop and boat. Didn’t have much parking so you have to be lucky. The property was nice. The actual hotel is older but clean. Staff were kind and attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant was great.

Disappointing but area beautiful

Basic hotel with dirty carpets, strange old lift that stopped working. Basic breakfast. Not very helpful or friendly staff apart from one young girl. The bed was comfortable and it had a good shower but nowhere in bathroom to put bottles, creams, toilet bag etc. The location is beautiful so it’s a shame that they don’t make more of the inside.

The hotel is kind of old and you can’t hear the noise from next door. The bathroom is not as clean as a three stars rate hotel should be. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking space for customers’ car. We need to park in a public parking 160 meters away from the hotel. Breakfast were supplied and the view was good.

Located next to the lake with both ferry and bus stations are just a meters away. The breakfast and room service are pretty good. The room size and facilities could be better.

Mysigt och lugnt läge. Overkligt fint vid vattnet! Bra ställe att ta ett dopp på vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Bra service och städning. Ett minus får isåfall bli kyrkklockan i närheten som ringer sen kväll och tidig morgon.

Et smukt område, der ikke er alt for turistet. Hotellet er af ældre dato og charmen er bevaret på værelserne. Maden og servicen er god. Morgenmaden har dog et meget lille udvalg. Men som et plus bestiller man kaffespecialiteter i baren til morgenmaden

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in phantastischer La

Das Hotel hat eine phatastische Lage direkt am See mit Seeterrasse. Es ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Dafür sind die Übernachtungspreise incl. Frühstück verhältnismäßig günstig. Der Service ist sehr freudlich.
