The hotel is big and the room is big too for our family. The service is really good and they offer free drinks in the lobby. The hotel is old but comfortable. We need to wear our slippers in the hallway because it is a Japanese hotel. My kids enjoyed their comic room even if they don't read Japanese.

子どもが小さいので和室を選びました。布団はマットレスにシーツを掛けるタイプで体が痛くなるかなと思いましたが、ぐっすり寝れました。部屋のエアコンが温度調節などはなく強くするか弱くするかみたいなタイプなのでそこは微妙でした。温泉は更衣室も含め雰囲気がよくよかったです。１５時以降のラウンジでの各種アルコール提供、おつまみありなど料金に含まれていて最高でした！また、朝ごはんも種類豊富でどれもおいしくて大満足でした。施設は古いですが、ラウンジ利用、温泉、朝食ビュッフェの点を考えると大満足でした！子供用のアメニティもあり助かりました。

食事のバイキング形式は結構だとは思いますが、せめて料理の前に並ぶ時は、一定方向へ並べるように整備して頂きたいです 料理を取りに行って、一旦料理をテーブルに置いて、お水を取りに行って戻ってきてビックリ！全て片付けられていました それも1回の食事中に2度も・・・ 回転させたい気持ちや、早く仕事を終わらせたい気持ちも分かりますが、食事している人の身にもなって頂きたいものです スタッフの制服はマチマチで、統一感は感じられませんでした
