Taking into consideration how expensive other hotels were at the time of our stay, this place had a great price and was very safe. However, I will note there were small roaches in the kitchen area. The sheets were clean though.

It appeared clean enough but the whole hotel had a bad smell kind of like mildew or mold both in the lobby and room and as soon as we arrived in our room we saw a little cockroach on our room. We only stayed one night and didn’t feel we trusted the shower enough to shower there. The workers were very nice.

I booked a room on Aug 1, 2025, at 12:57am while i was outside in the parking lot. 7 minutes later at 1:05am, I walked in to the lobby and had to call service desk for after hours check in. A few minutes later a attendant showed up and then tells me I have to pay a additional 74$ because we are already in another day and check out will still be at 11am. I tried to cancel the booking but was unable to. I spoke with a expedia agent and they were unable to resolve the issue as well with extended stay to get a refund. I slept in my vehicle that night since i had already been charged for the room and couldnt get the booking changed.

Hotel was better then the one I previously booked. But has rules that are different than other hotels idk why I had to take my towels and linens to the laundry area myself if I needed them to be replaced and then I had to take them myself so what was the purpose of me staying at a hotel if I had to do the changing of linens and getting my own towels. There was no housekeeping service at all.

We liked the property location. Did not liked that when we arrived at 1:30 AM, it took a while (about 30 minutes) to get assistance to check-in. It was frustrating. Once we checked-in, the bed was uncomfortable, the room looked clean, but there were some small bugs (roaches) crawling around, so we sleep with the lights on and checked out by 8 AM. The cost was not a good value. We won’t be using this brand again.

No one was at the front desk day 1 and even though we called and rang the bell no one came. My daughter was forced to sleep in her car day in and then management made arrangements to extend the reservation 1 day through monday to check out on tuesday the retracted agreement and refunded one day stay. My daughter was thrown out of the hotel without notice or justification after they had agreed to allow her to stay one more day since she had to sleep in her car since no one was at the front desk. once in the room, roach motel, is an understatement. can provide videos. Remove this hotel from your listing. I expected much more from them.

We had work equipment to take to the room and the elevators didn't work. The front desk person told me that they also didn't have any TP, and clean towels. The room had a spider on the bed and roaches in the restroom. The bed was like sleeping on a prison bed.

Bad - cheap - ok for sleep and cheap

So this place is as basic as they come. No coffee pot, no table lamps, no are on the walls. The light stitches by the door are about all you get and if it’s not furniture and can’t be bolted down, forget about it. The bed was okay, A cheapo Amazon frame and a mattress. There is No shampoo or soap, so forget about it. My 3rd floor room was Clean. And the staff was decently nice. I checked in about 9 and wine out to grab dinner. When I came back the lobby was locked down and people trying to check in had to use the house phone. Also a keycard just to get into the room are through the tiny lobby. Sorry this review is all over the place but there is too much wrong with this place to give it a 3 unless you are ready to deal with amenities a cheap room provides.
