One of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at. Accommodations in room were very well kept. Property was supurb. Staff was awesome. I was on crutches with a newly broken leg and a service dog. I called all around and nobody would help. I called here about 2 am and spoke to Lawrence. He said anyone on duty will help me get from my car to my room and then back again when I leave. When I got here the phone was busy for over ten minutes because frint desk was busy. A guest, by the name of Curtis from room 218, helped get me inside. Very nice home health gentleman. He even got me to my room and brought my stuff in. He says that he's here a lot. You guys should give him a free dinner. I didnt have any cash or I would have. Shortly before 5 am my service dog needed to go out and lawrence helped with that. Some of the peoperties around here wanted proof oaperwork that she was a service dog, which is illegal, but not this property. Staff was great plus Curtis in 218. If I come through here again, i will be staying here. A little more than i could afford but well worth it. My pup liked it, too. I needed help getting my pup out before i left and get stuff to my car. The young lady at front desk worked at getting someone to hep me with that so that I could leave to get home so i could get to my own doctor about leg. Thank you!

Front desk didn't care.

So.... I'd love to give this place a great review. It is a nice property. That said, we're a family of 5 and got it late a super tired. While the two bedroom suite gave us much needed space from our kids, the AC was set to 64 deg. Everyone instantly got cold. It's summer so we're not travelling with jackets. But we couldn't open any windows. Naturally we tried to turn the heater on. Big mistake. The heater smelled like synthetic hair was burning. We had to lock ourselves in the rooms because the smell was so bad in the living room. Staff didn't have another room for us that night even though I know there was availability. The next morning, the new staff acted like it was our fault for turning on the heater in summer... In this situation, if you can't offer a solution, you could at least act like it matters - at a minimum. Or offer some sort of credit or upgrades on future stays. I'm Marriott Bonvoy and have been all over the world for work. C'mon guys. I expect more.

Dirty but nice

The suite was nice but the cleanliness was lacking. The toilet seat was dirty with urine stains on it still, and I found children’s toys and trash under both beds (we don’t have children) and there was even a beetle type bug found in one of the beds. Other than that, everything was great. The property was nice and the staff was friendly
