The staff were very good and friendly on check in. We were very happy with the facilities. The room was in very good repair and clean. Breakfast was very good. It is a buffet style with hot and cold foods. The use of laundry facilities was great. Super close to the Royal Mile for things to do. Loved the location, close enough to easily get to things yet still quiet at night. Would stay there again.

Wonderful location and very nice breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and comfortable. Very walkable to old town, all the sights and museums, and easy walk to the bus/train as well.

This was a last minute booking & the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Great location, convenience of a laundry downstairs, transport & shops. A little too pricey for a Murphy bed but we enjoyed our stay.
