Preisgünstiges Hotel direkt an der Stadtmauer

Grosses Zimmer und Bad, Ausstattung nicht ganz neu, aber gut. Kostenlose Getränke in Minibar, damit auch Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Direkt neben der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Frühstück nicht genutzt, da mit 18 Euro relativ teuer. Parken im Hof 15 Euro, mehrere Parkhäuser verfügbar. Wenn man wenig Gepäck hat, kann man auf dem Parkplatz am Anger parken, 5min zu Fuss, sehr preiswert. 48h 8 Euro. Wir hatten Zimmer 47, da hat man nur "Ausblick" auf Wand in 2m Entfernung, hat uns nicht gestört, da wir tagsüber in der wunderbaren Stadt waren. Dafür aber nachts ruhug ;-). Wenn wir wieder nach Coburg kommen, würden wir wieder dort übernachten!

Caution: understand parking when reserving

Was very surprised to find a parking hassle upon arrival. We don’t speak any German and had a very difficult time finding public parking after checking in and being told there was no parking available as it was “first come first serve”. There was also no mention of construction on road to get to hotel. Again, not understanding any German, this caused anxiety and frustration that put a damper on our visit.

Ich bin von der Dormero Kette besseres gewohnt aber das hier schlägt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis um Längen. Das Bett alt, der Fernseher klein. Die Duschtrennwand verschimmelt usw usw. Ich war in verschiedenen Dormero Hotels, aber hier ist der Preis überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt und ich war richtig entäuscht. Zu guter letzt wird für ein Hinterhofparkplatz noch 15Euro verlangt.

L'hôtel a changé de propriétaire il y a quelques temps et malheureusement le service n'est plus du tout à la hauteur. Les 2 jeunes femmes a l'accueil ont étés accueillantes, ce qui n'a pas était le cas du réceptionniste homme et nous avions demandé le service de ménage pour les 3 jours rien n'a était fait et la personne nous a mis dans les bras, serviettes, papier toilette et mouchoir et debrouillez vous. Nous sommes plusieurs a y avoir séjourné au même moment et etant tous les ans présent pour un salon, nous n'y reviendront pas.

Gefallen hat uns die entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre- hierzu hat Frau Fischer und Dackel Buddy maßgeblich beigetragen. An der Rezeption kann in dieser Hinsicht noch nachgebessert werden. Nicht alle Gäste können problemlos Koffer ohne Lift in die Zimmer transportieren, eine kurze Nachfrage würde reichen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, die Mitarbeiter dort aufmerksam.

Der etwas unfreundlich Anruf wegen rechtzeitigem CheckIn war nicht so schön, wenn 23h Rezeption angegeben wird ist es frech um ca. 21h einen Anruf zu erhalten man muss bis 22:30h einchecken weil man ab diesem Zeitpunkt Abrechnungen machen muss. Wenn man dann beim Check In sieht, dass das Personal eigentlich nur das geholte Essen verspreisen möchte, dann hinterläßt es keinen guten Eindruck.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr unpersönlich,so könnte auch ein Automat die Infos weitergeben,zum Zimmer hatte ich viele Treppen zu nehmen,da der Aufzug zu einem anderen Teil des Gebäudes geht,konnte ich ihn nicht nutzen,ein GAST hat mir dann beim Gepäck geholfen.Das Frühstück hatte ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
