Fantastically located hotel for both walking and public transport. The hotel stay was really enjoyable and the musical theme added to the experience. We particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers built in to the rooms. Each room is sandproofed from the next so we never heard any noise from other rooms while in our own.

Amazing modern amenities in the rooms. Very close to subway and park. Good location to base from. However, small uphill climb to hotel, room are small but well designed. Amazing roof top bar and pool, great view. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel in a good location that makes it easy to get everywhere. I love the music theme and especially liked the black-out curtain in the room. Bonus info: the breakfast buffet has a pancake machine! 👌

The front desk staff at checkin was indifferent at the least. Received different info on pool times, bar times, etc. No welcome blurb included breakfast info, room.protocol. etc. Will not recommend, a real disappointment after our stay in Porto. There was a lovely bartender and young man at checkout.

We stayed at the Fenix Music in May 2024 and absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfasts and the room was brilliant. Electric blind that automatically opened when you went into the room from the corridor (loved that!), a Smeg mini fridge to keep drinks cool, complimentary water every day, a lovely comfortable bed and quiet too which meant we slept really well. A wonderful place to stay for any adventure in beautiful Lisbon!

2 night stay

A short 2 night stay in lisbon before going to the Algarve. Loved the hotel, room was very comfortable with nice lighting, great view from 6th floor and a great shower. Paid for breakfast one day and ate out locally another day. Breakfast was quite exoensive, plenty if choice but I preferred to eat breakfast in a local cafe. The area was excellent, beside park and metro.

Stay here if you like room safes that need 3 visits to repair, if you like small rooms that are contemporary but functionally poor, showers that leak into the seperate wc, reception staff who pick up the phone dont answer and dont pick it up again, call reception for an extra towel several times and finally get someone who says yes no problem we will bring one up but never did, be told at check in breakfast is included but when you go for breakfast they say no you have to pay extra, refill empty breakfast items at a snails pace, dont refill the american coffee after it is emptied the first time and the other coffee machines take turns at breaking down. Other wise its ok.

Great, friendly staff. The location was perfect and convenient for the hop on/off and tour buses. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size and looks properly maintained and clean. My only suggestion would be to consider a few umbrellas on the rooftop pool since there is no shade. Some people cant stay out in the sun for too long. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you to the friendly staff who greated us everyday and answered all of our questions.

Great spot and base

Very good for its purpose. Great shower and comfy bed and good location right outside the square which is also the starting point for hop on hop off busses. The two points we had were the smell coming out of the sink/bathroom and the problems with the door. It’s a WiFi key and we both constantly had problems not getting it to work. The concierge was good and helpful. We enjoyed local breakfast every day so can’t tell about the hotel breakfast.
