Why can't I unload my stuff at the hotel entrance?

For some reason the drive up to the front lobby was chained off. Made parking to check in and unloading luggage a real pain. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other at bellhop and in restaurants. Housekeeping and front desk staff was fantastic, though.

Meh, its easy to find better.

Cleanliness was lacking in the room. Someone peed in the elevator by 10 p.m. Played bingo, missing food in the bingo hall no one cared about, so lost more money. Went to the food places after and those people were the worst to deal with, didnt care about anything. 45 mins for a 10" pizza and not many orders. Customer service overall was unbelievable. Front desk was decent and helpful but beyond that, fail.

Wonderful casino hotel

Great location and very helpful staff. Accommodating to our needs and changes when our flight was canceled. Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking is far from hotel which is typical for a casino hotel, but it is odd that you must walk through the casino to get to the hotel. But you could use valet on the hotel side, was just full during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
