Very comfortable, clean stay. Nice to have a full kitchen. Staff was friendly and several always interacted with us often, very helpful too. Bus stop for the free trolley was across the street. One thing we did not enjoy was the turkey bacon/sausage offered at breakfast. The brand was not good. That is the only complaint we have.

Great location to walk King Street

The hotel did not have hot water the first night, but we understand that things happen! Staff was friendly and accomodating and we could tell they were under a lot of stress. They made our stay as comfortable as possible and we loved our room which was clean with a comfortable bed.
