環境清潔很糟糕！

房間很髒！櫃檯態度很差！跟櫃檯反應床頭櫃有3處髒污還有枕頭套有印子，結果只擦了2處贓物，枕頭套也沒換！浴室門一層厚厚灰塵都沒擦😡

位置方便, 價格不貴

會館在恆春老街附近, 步行還算近. 房間整體算整潔, 美中不足的地方是冷氣與冰箱感覺有些老舊. 其餘的服務與設施以這個價位來說都可以接受.

一切都尚可的雲起

浴缸在室外(陽台)，看得出清潔人員有加強清潔過，不過由於浴缸底部有煙蒂燙過的焦痕，心理覺得不舒服於是沒使用；房內的浴室有股淡淡的尿騷味，淋浴用的蓮蓬頭管子破了會一直漏水XD 屋頂的泳池只開到只到下午六點還是七點，根本來不及去，建議加長開放時間。走路兩分鐘左右就有全聯、再過一個路口有7-11，很方便。飯店自帶酒吧(讚XD)。前台(吧台?)每個服務人員態度都很好。

整體住宿感覺

房間還不錯，陽台有浴缸但蠻小的，熱水器很慢才熱不太理想，但整體上還ok,早餐不怎麼好吃只是擺盤好看，頂樓有露天泳池可放鬆

進去很後悔

一進房間就有點霉味，然後床投櫃、電話櫃都還有蠻厚的灰塵。接著去洗澡，毛巾還給我破2個洞，看到很傻眼... 接著回床上坐，又看到床上棉被破個洞... 真的受不了，才進去30分鍾不到，我們馬上辦退房，這種房間住不下去。真的太誇張了！！！

墾丁雲起會館

如果是開車要住墾丁以便在附近玩的話，這個飯店旁邊有停車位很方便，附近也有全聯可以臨時買東西，房間內有戶外按摩池可以用。

舊沒關係，環境衛生沒過關

隔音設備超差，毛巾黃還破洞，重點是早餐的杯子幾乎沒洗乾淨，有一個還留有口紅印，餐盤還濕濕的沒烘乾消毒

房間是地毯的關係可能因為這樣所以地毯都沒有吸乾淨，我住703窗簾軌道壞了沒辦法整個密合，被子的車縫線裂開，浴缸氣氛燈後來沒沒有亮，其他都能夠接受

還不錯

一樓是小酒吧跟早餐，晚上下去休息不錯，房間內的燈光有點昏暗，但陽台外有浴缸不錯，可惜按摩水柱壞了，頂樓SPA池似乎有使用限制，建議可以在網站上說清楚一點，雖然不是開放時間，但業者很大方開發放讓我們帶小孩上去使用，服務很好。

Don't Bother

Dirty Room, not cleaned properly at any time during the stay, they never made the bed once in a week, lazy cleaning staff, breakfast was very poor, no choice, take it or leave it, no coffee at breakfast, had to supply our own. Small pool, never used it as the water was dirty. Spa tub on the room balcony, never used it as no privacy. Overall the place does not live up to the Hotel.Com overview.

櫃檯服務態度，有待加強。

透過Hotels.com訂房，我們依照往常的經驗拿著編號前往Check in，櫃檯表示無此資料，也說沒有任何Hotels.com的訂房明細。原先以為自己的疏失，因此耐心的再次確認，我再次出示訂購明細，櫃檯連看也不看就說，請我自己聯繫客服，我反問：是否可以提供姓名以供查驗，但櫃檯態度讓我其實有點不悅。完全沒有想要試著幫我解決問題。最後透過Hotels.com客服聯繫後，才能成功入住。我想說的是，我不是不講理的人，但是當我出示任何證明時、櫃檯卻只說『你可能要自己想辦法聯繫他們』讓我覺得有點失望。會館泳池偏小，單車也年久失修，房間的床很大、乾淨舒適這點不可否認。附近機能也不錯，有7-11、全聯、泰式餐廳等等。提供些許意見，感謝。
