2nd time staying with them and we love it again. Hotel is clean and modern. The free breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located close to everything in Monterrey, specially in San Pedro. Free parking and wi fi. Comfy but firm beds, good A/C and helpful staff, would stay again.

The room was very dirty. But the worse is the front desk service. There are three staff they never mean to help I ask for spoon and they just is only if you request room service. I say an utensil is always provided in other hotels even in this hotel it is sad that the hotel decrease the service level
