The best hotel in the town of Othello. You will have to drive too next town to get better.

Our check-in host was extremely accommodating during a very busy, no vacancy weekend. The housekeeping person we interacted with throughout our stay was super helpful and sweet as well! And I have to say I’m picky and don’t usually eat hotel breakfast but their biscuits and gravy are VERY good! This is not the fanciest hotel but for a small hotel in a small town it’s wonderful and I’ll be back!

Pool was already closed for the season, even though it was only late August. However, there was a sauna! That's not a common feature, and we do enjoy a sauna. Manager was chatty, engaging, pleased to tell us about her town. Bed was raised for some reason, to a height of 33 inches, which was OK for me, but pretty difficult for my wife. Shampoo was available in the shower, and there was a table that we used for eating and playing cards. Breakfast selections were standard - eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, and waffles - and tasty. Value was very good for the price, especially compared to the rundown Red Lion we had stayed at the previous night.

Dissapointed

We booked this hotel for a funeral in town because it was the only one with a pool. Get there and the pool is full of leaves and trash, no water and a sign on the gate stating they didnt know when it would be open. Had i known this when booking, i would have stayed in the next town over that has multiple hotels with indoor pools.

Clean room but awful humidity odor

Room appeared clean but old. Bathroom light was too dim, I had to plug tv as all appliances were not connected. Room was freezing as heater was off. All that wasn't so bad, but the room smelled humid. Very unpleasant smell. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and had good breakfast.

The property smelled like dog. The keycard system did not work so employees had to let us in and out of our room. We did not know this when we booked. A discount would have been nice but none were offered. You can see that updates were made to the room, but the work was subpar and lots of caulk was used to fill in the gaps.

They refused my 7 month old baby and I a room after a miscommunication on their part cause I had called ahead and asked what I would as this was my first time doing this online trip planner so I had to have someone meet me half to my home which was 5 hrs away I was already not in a good mood having .y baby out late at night then I drive 2 hrs to get the card and another 2 hrs back after driving 5 hrs to get there then she tells me they won't give me a room I was so mad they could have called me and told me I had called them earlier so I know they had my number unacceptable just because I was understandably upset someone should be fired for having my baby sleep in a car after I paid 160 bucks for the room
