It Was a Nice Hotel, But Not Anymore!

I wa there before pandemic and it was.nice boutique, but not any more. No friendly staff, not.clean enough, no elevator and air.condition work but lots noisy. Today in the morning during breakfast, people was readi g magazine. Everytime when need something this people was reading or check celulars..It seem dont know nothing about Services!!! It seem not Manager in the hotel.

This is a lovely, well tended hotel that is very centrally located. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are sturdy and comfortable, and there is ample desk area in which to work. It's a terrific little oasis. And staff keep the place spotless.

O hotel muito simples, não compensa pelo preço, atendimento mediano da equipe, café da manhã ruim, leite sempre quase frio na térmica, deixam faltar as coisas para repor e demora, o café passado com gosto de queimado. O hotel tem um cheiro estranho na entrada. Chuveiro bom, cama normal, se vc esquecer de por as toalhas na parte do box não trocam, isso sem contar que a localização não é boa. Não indico e não retornaria.
