Smart, well-kept hotel with great staff who were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our late dinner (served until 10pm) and breakfast, and the parking was just around the corner. The cathedral, fort and beach are all within 8 minutes' walk, so very convenient location.

Nice stay

It is a nice room. Large bed, but two twin mattresses on a double frame. Comfortable for one though. Not much room between the bed and the desk, I wound up not using the chair because there wasn't room for that. The TV blew out, a loud snap and nothing, the first night. They replaced it the next day. I am not used to having to have the room key in a slot to have power on. It got to 45 C (112 F, I think) outside and not having the A/C on while I was gone made it pretty uncomfortable for quite a while, and I had some trouble getting the remote for the A/C to work. Good location for the site seeing I had planned, close to the beach and to AquaDreams Scuba. Kristina (sp?) was fantastic and very helpful. When I go back in a month I will likely stay there again.

A beautiful hotel in Larnaca near the airport. The room were spacious and so as the bathroom with free toiletries, and free bottle of water in the room. Coffee facility is also available and a fridge. Wifi works pretty good. They also have restaurant downstairs and buffet breakfast serves in the morning. Hotel parking is available, but you can park across the street.

All was very good and would stay here again. It’s only a ten minute walk to the lovely promenade and beach and just round the corner from St Lazarus Church with lots of tourists. Delicious copious breakfasts and helpful staff. AC was great especially that in mid October it was still 30c. My room had a balcony with table and chairs looking across the street to a very modern music college.

The room was on the first floor and is designed for handicapped people. The bed took up the whole room and it was difficult to get around the room. There was too much unnecessary furniture. Other than that, the room was clean and check in was easy. We only stayed for one night before our flight home.

The hotel is located on a busy street, windows and doors have no isolation from any noise, through tiny walls between the rooms you can hear everything that the neighbors say and do and in the room on the ground floor you can hear all the conversations from the reception and the noise from the bar. This hotel doesn't give a damn about the comfort of their guests. At all. Btw. There is no hotel parking, you can only park on the street (good luck!) But they sell nice pictures online. And see below what you really really get.

Worst hotel in the area. Did not stay for the second night and they did not want to refund us. Door to the balcony was broken and on the first floor it was a bit scary. And noisy. And cold. Not clean. Did not bring us a second towel even after we asked. Overall feeling of a hostel. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else. Only thing ok was the location.

Overall, our stay was very nice and relaxing. As a hotel in the city it is definitely recommendable. 1. the only thing is that in a hotel with a connection to the sea, the towels should be changed more often than every 3 days. Of course, we understand the approach of wasting towels by changing them too quickly, but every 3 days is definitely not enough. 2. furthermore, not all items such as the bathroom shelf or glasses were cleaned daily, but they were often rinsed by us. 3. to avoid confusion, the Nespresso machine should not be left in the room if you have to buy the coffee capsules yourself. This information should encourage us to perhaps improve some processes in the future. We wish Mike's Kanarium Hotel all the best for the future and hope to see you again. Kind regards Holger

We had originally only planned to stay one night, however, our last minute plans changed and we stayed for 8 days. It’s a nice friendly hotel, comfortable and clean. Location-wise, its position is great, a 10 minute (max) walk to the beach, but far enough away that you don’t have chaos on your doorstep. The food was excellent, well prepared and well presented, we ate at the hotel a few times and were never disappointed, breakfast was always freshly laid out and plentiful. Whether it’s a full English (Cypriot style) or varied continental, if you leave hungry, it’s your own fault. The staff, were, without exception fantastic. Whether it was management, front of house, wait staff, housekeeping or kitchen staff, they could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again, and can only recommend that you try it, you’ll not be disappointed. PS - yes you have seen this review before, as I booked one night, then extended.
